itz! really unique but according to human psychology a person should sleep at least seven hours per day otherwise in the young age only the person gets so many health problems.so, i follow this time table by changing the “time to sleep” to 11pm. Thanxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx a lot bro’s!

i got 564 out of 600, i studied in a school without IIT basic now i joined plus1 with IIT coaching I am not able to understand some topics as i was joined late due to personal problemms so…. can i cover the missed tpoics….am i fit to IIT…….please help me
